Ultra

Terms

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and SuTechs, Bengaluru, India ("we"), the makers of Ultra. By tapping "Get my bib" or otherwise using Ultra, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Ultra.

1. Who can play

You must be 13 or older to use Ultra. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms with you. One person, one runner: don't make runners for other people or to get around a block.

2. Your runner and account

Ultra starts without an account, so your runner first lives on your phone. Saving your progress with Google or Apple keeps it safe and lets you restore it on another phone. Keep that sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your runner. You can delete your account at any time in the app or as described on Delete your account.

3. Run safely

Ultra is a game, not medical or training advice. Check with a doctor before starting to run if you have a health condition, and stop if you feel unwell. Watch the road, not your phone: follow traffic rules, run where it is safe and legal, and stay aware of your surroundings. Notifications and voice cues never replace your own judgement.

4. Fair play

Only runs you record yourself in Ultra, on foot, count. Every run is checked for GPS jumps, vehicle speeds and faked locations. A run that doesn't pass doesn't move your runner; you'll see why and can ask for a review once, within 14 days. Using a vehicle, a fake-location app, someone else's run or any trick to gain distance, coins or rank breaks these terms, and we may remove those runs, reset progress or close the runner.

5. Names and behaviour

Your runner's name and your squad's name are seen by other runners. Names must not:

Treat other runners well. Cheers and nudges are for encouragement; don't use them to bother anyone. You can block and report any runner from their card. We review reports and may reset a name, hide a runner or close an account that breaks these rules, with or without warning.

6. Coins, chests, items and the Pass

Coins, chests, looks, cards, stamps, badges and Pass rewards are part of the game. You earn them by running; they are never sold and have no money value. They can't be transferred, sold or exchanged outside Ultra, and they belong to the runner that earned them. We may change, rebalance or retire game items and rules, for example to fix a mistake or keep the game fair.

7. Invite links and friends

Your invite link lets people add you as a friend at once and shows them your first name, look and place on the road. Share it with people you know; reset it in the app if it spreads further than you'd like.

8. The service

We work hard to keep Ultra running and your runs safe, but Ultra is provided "as is", without promises that it will always be available, error-free or accurate. GPS can be wrong. We may change or stop features, or ask you to update the app to keep playing online.

9. Our responsibility

To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or loss that comes from running, the places you run or other runners' behaviour. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Ending

You can stop using Ultra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close a runner that breaks these terms. If we ever shut Ultra down, we'll tell you in the app well ahead.

11. Changes and law

We'll tell you in the app before a change to these terms that matters applies; continuing to play after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

12. Contact

Questions, reports or complaints: hello@sutechs.com. Grievance officer: Sumit, SuTechs, Bengaluru. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
