Delete your account

You can delete your Ultra account and everything in it at any time. This also covers accounts from Eco Run, the app Ultra replaced.

In the app (fastest)

Open Ultra and tap Me.
Tap the gear for Settings, then Account.
Tap Delete account and hold the button for 2 seconds.

Without the app

Email hello@sutechs.com with the subject "Delete my Ultra account" and, so we can find your runner, any of:

your bib number and friend code (in the app: Me, Your bib), or
the Google or Apple email you saved your progress with.

We'll reply to confirm it's you, then delete the account.

What is deleted

Your runner: name, look, bib, friend code, city, goal, coins, items, cards, stamps and badges.
Every run and its GPS track.
Friends, squads, cheers, nudges, your league history and your inbox.
Your sign-in, push tokens and settings.

Friends stop seeing your runner right away. Everything is permanently erased within 30 days. Until then, signing in again on the same account cancels the deletion. Crash and usage data held by Google Firebase carry no name or bib, and expire on Firebase's own schedule.
